I had received three estimates for a new roof.  Marvin was the only roofing contractor who went up on the roof and provided me with photos explaining exactly what needed to be done. His cost was very reasonable and the work was exceptional. Both Marvin and Fiorella are true professionals. I was so pleased with the work they provided that after my new roof was installed, I contacted them the following week to have my house power washed. Marvin and his team did an excellent job of taking out our old attic fan and replacing it with three new vents across our roof to offer better ventilation in the heat of the summer. (And to eliminate a squirrel's home!)  We also had one installed on our garage for ventilation.  He and his team are extremely professional, courteous, and communication is excellent. Marvin and his crew were amazing! They did great work, helped level our roof, were honest and fast. Reasonable pricing. Great communication from the office and from Marvin. Marvin explained everything and showed us pictures and videos of the problem areas on the roof. I trusted Marvin and his crew through the whole process. They were nothing but respectful and nice. We’re very glad we found M&M Roofing. Our building has had lots of roof leaking issues and Marvin and team have been helping us fix them all. This wasn’t just a one and done deal.
