Marvin was the only roofing contractor who went up on the roof and provided me with photos explaining exactly what needed to be done. His cost was very reasonable and the work was exceptional. Both Marvin and Fiorella are true professionals. I was so pleased with the work they provided that after my new roof was installed, I contacted them the following week to have my house power washed. Marvin and his team did an excellent job of taking out our old attic fan and replacing it with three new vents across our roof to offer better ventilation in the heat of the summer. (And to eliminate a squirrel's home!)  We also had one installed on our garage for ventilation.  He and his team are extremely professional, courteous, and communication is excellent.
